When people book me from out of town I do try my best to "get to know ya" before the big day. I am an old restaurant bar trainer (shout out TGI Fridays and Planet Hollywood) and my job was to welcome people and make them feel comfortable. They call that the "Corner Bar Theory." ...think Cheers bar!

Where do we begin?! Belle Vue and Ray both exceeded our expectations. Ray is kind, helpful, and nothing short of invested and engaged. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without all of his help on the day of our wedding. He has an eye for every detail and really knows how to make the experience extra special! We got married on the beach and had our reception at Belle Vue. We only had 15 people all together and the space did not feel too big at all! It was so
intimate and special, yet had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen area in the back helped a lot to store things and the bar area is a great addition. I’m so glad we found this gem in Downtown Wilmington! It was very affordable and exactly what we needed for our special day.

The special part about this venue is Ray. Not only is it a great sized space, and absolutely beautiful requiring minimal decorations, but Ray is the cherry on top. He communicates well, and will go the extra mile to make sure your event goes smoothly. He will take care of you and your guests like you’re his family! Truly spectacular, I will be using Belle Vue for all of my family’s event space needs in the future.

Absolutely beautiful space for any event!
My family has used Belle Vue for a wedding in Oct and most recently a baby shower this past weekend.
Here’s a few of my favorite things about this breathtaking event space.
(1) There’s free parking for your guests and lots of space for any event you have in mind.
(2) There’s even a secret garden for a nice little outdoor seating spot.
(3) Ray most definitely loves what he does, you can tell by how welcoming and helpful he is in every aspect!
(4) I was late to my sisters shower this weekend and forgot to buy a card. Ray ran eastwards so fast that the Earth spun the opposite direction, turning back time and allowing me to pick up a card and make it to the shower with plenty of time to spare!
(5) Belle Vue is affordable but worth every penny.

We recently hosted our company holiday party at Belle Vue, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! From the start, Ray made the planning process so easy—he was always available, supportive, and made sure every detail was perfect. On the night of the event, both Ray and Danielle went above and beyond to provide outstanding service, seamlessly fitting into our celebration and ensuring everything ran smoothly.
The venue itself is stunning—gorgeous and intimate, with a charm that requires little to no extra decoration. It’s perfect for any type of gathering, whether it’s a party, wedding, or even a corporate meeting. The options for hosting events here are truly endless.
I can’t recommend Belle Vue enough! Thank you, Ray and Danielle, for helping make our event so special. 🌟
I can not say enough positive things about this place!! I am so thankful I found Belle Vue to hold my small wedding reception (32 people). I reserved it for the full day & used the space as a bridal suit but also a first look before the ceremony, left for our ceremony, then came back for the reception. From the second we walked through the door, Ray (the owner) was worth his weight in gold!!! You see, I planned my dream wedding from 13 hours away, with zero help & zero clue
what I was doing. Hands down, Ray saved the day! He was the missing piece who put it all together, effortlessly, & I can honestly say if it was not for this man - my wedding would have been a disaster. He went above and beyond for me & he felt like family. Ray made sure I didn’t need anything all day, he truly is an amazing person, who clearly LOVES his job. This place is the full package!
The space is BEAUTIFUL!!! Pictures do not do it justice, how could they? It’s literally art. The lighting was perfect. The venue is open & spacious, lots of room outside as well. The windows & the chandeliers were so beautiful next to the brick walls. Really with how beautiful the space is, you don’t need a lot of decor, mine was simple & I loved it!! The blue exterior was surprisingly my favorite part, it’s truly a beautiful space inside and out. The music system is perfect, my kids had fun picking songs & dancing the night away. 1000/10 recommend!

We had my sons rehearsal dinner at Belle and it was perfect! The venue almost needs no decor, has its own character which we love! The outdoor patio garden area is beautiful. Ray, the owner was super helpful throughout the planning process and was an amazing host the night of the event and helped take the stress off us! I will definitely use the venue again for any future events we may have! I can’t say enough good things about it! Oh and free parking downtown is also a

rehersal dinner! The venue is gorgeous and perfectly accommodated our party of 50 yet felt super cozy and intimate.
Ray took such good care of us! All through the evening he was attentive to our needs!

Belle Vue is an amazing place. Not to big not to small. It’s so easy to decorate when you have a background like this to work with. I loved everything about it and the owner Ray is just as amazing as his building. He goes above and beyond. I would recommend Belle Vue for any of your get togethers. The location in Wilmington is also very easy for guests to get there and ample parking

This place is amazing! So beautiful in a modern and old way. The brick walls bring so much character and the perfect backdrop for pictures. We had our baby shower here and it was the perfect spot. Everything we needed -tables, serving area, chairs, music, space to display food and items- was already there. But the best part of booking this venue is that you get Ray! Such a great help before, during, and after the event. He felt like one of the family and was consistently available for last minute thoughts. We will 1000% be using this space again!
